Shipping & Delivery
Espie Roche ships to the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. For all orders outside of these regions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed.
All orders are tracked and a tracking number will be provided with your order confirmation.
Shipping within central London and the United Kingdom usually takes between 1-2 working days and costs GBP £10.00.
Shipping to Europe usually takes between 3-5 working days and costs GBP £40.00.
Shipping to Australia usually takes between 4-7 working days and costs £20.00.
Express shipping is available to Australia at a cost of £50.00 and takes 3-5 working days.
On all bespoke orders and orders over £2000.00, we offer free shipping.
Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. In the best interest and safety of your order, please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday.
You must use correct and complete addresses, including a company name and contact at the company where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
Same day express couriers within central London can be arranged for customers at an additional charge when placed before 11AM. Please email email@example.com for urgent orders.
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;
Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
Orders which are placed after midday will not be downloaded into the system for processing until the following working day. Please allow at least 1-2 working days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
In the case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.
Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next working day, at the earliest. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Telephone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Espie Roche will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.

International Shipping is available but the fee will vary from country to country. Please email email@example.com before your purchase is made to find out the shipping fee to your international destination.
International orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.
We use DPD Local for our international deliveries and they can require a signature on receipt of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Our courier will attempt delivery to the same address.
Our courier service cannot deliver to post office boxes and we don’t offer C.O.D on any orders. You may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. To comply with British export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
